We’re currently looking for an experienced Server Administrator who’s ready to ensure the stability, performance, and integrity of our online infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Server Maintenance & Optimization: Regularly monitor and maintain server performance, ensuring high uptime, rapid response times, and robust security measures.
• Infrastructure Scaling & Upgrades: Evaluate system demands and implement solutions for scaling our infrastructure as user and data needs grow.
• Security & Compliance: Manage security protocols, deploy updates, and promptly address vulnerabilities to protect our platform and user data.
• Backup & Recovery: Develop and maintain reliable backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical information.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with our development and IT teams, documenting processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Linux/Unix server environments, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar), and web services (Apache, Nginx).
• Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, data encryption, and firewalls.
• Scripting & Automation: Ability to streamline processes using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at diagnosing issues, finding root causes, and implementing swift, effective solutions.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working well across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
